Vice President, Clinical Research

Job Description: • Vitalief is a trusted partner at the intersection of Sites, Sponsors, and CROs across research and clinical trials landscape. • We build out and lead Clinical Research Consulting teams delivering FSP solutions for sponsors, CROs, and sites. • This is a remote, full-time role with up to 20% travel to client locations and industry conferences in the USA. • Reports to COO; lead high-performance engagement teams; drive operational optimization and client outcomes. • Lead sales pursuits as SME; develop proposals and SOWs; engage in negotiations; close business deals. • Represent Vitalief at industry events; collaborate on market-leading solutions; drive growth. • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: prolonged sitting, computer use; lifting up to 20 lbs; limited travel domestically. Requirements: • 10+ years of combined consulting and clinical research operations experience • Proven track record of building solutions delivery teams and service offerings in a clinical research FSP model for a consulting firm(s) • Bachelor’s degree is required • Exceptional leader with executive presence, presentation skills, negotiations skills, and ability to overcome obstacles with confidence • Ability to influence clients to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions • Ability to serve as the single accountable leader in design and delivery of complex performance improvement engagements • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an extensive professional network and identify business development opportunities • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify financial and operational benefits and address data gaps or risks • Proven success in building executive-level and C-suite relationships while leading change processes • Delivery team leadership experience including team design, coaching/mentoring, performance management • Strong general management/P&L experience • Highly driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Ability to travel domestically Benefits: • Base Salary + Bonus + Equity Incentives • Remote position; travel up to 20% to client locations and industry conferences within the USA • Flexible work arrangement and PEOPLE FIRST culture Apply tot his job
