Vice President – Accounting, Finance
Job Description:
• Provide executive leadership to global finance & accounting
• Serve as senior financial partner leveraging financial insights for strategic decisions
• Lead Financing Planning aligning strategy with financial outcomes
• Own integrity and accuracy of global financial reporting
• Oversee and strengthen financial systems and processes
• Guide financial execution of international expansion
• Ensure financial rigor across DTC, retail, and international channels
• Lead and develop high-performing finance team
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Growth leaders
Requirements:
• 12+ years of progressive experience across both accounting and finance
• Experience in global environments with international entity setup
• Significant hands-on experience working within ERP systems
• Experience in retail and DTC sales models
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving systems
• Strong people leadership and trusted partner to senior leadership
