Veterinary Technician – Bright N’ Shine Pet Dental (Denver, CO)

Position Overview Bright N’ Shine Pet Dental is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our growing mobile operations team in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on non-anesthetic cosmetic pet teeth cleaning, delivering high-quality hygiene services directly to customers’ homes. The ideal candidate combines technical skill, efficiency, and customer experience excellence, while operating within a structured, process-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Pet Care & Service Execution • Perform non-anesthetic teeth cleanings on dogs and cats • Safely restrain pets and assess behavior to ensure a stress-free experience • Identify when to pause or stop procedures for safety concerns • Capture before and after photos/videos of each service Compliance & Process Adherence • Follow all Bright N’ Shine standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Ensure all services remain within cosmetic (non-veterinary) scope • Obtain signed waivers and customer consent forms prior to service • Accurately document each appointment in company systems Mobile Operations • Operate within a mobile service van environment • Manage daily route schedule in coordination with dispatch • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of equipment Customer Experience • Provide a professional, friendly, and educational experience to pet owners • Clearly explain the service, expectations, and post-care instructions • Collect payments on-site and ensure proper checkout procedures ✅ Qualifications • Veterinary Technician experience (preferred but not required) • Experience handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments • Strong comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and follow structured systems ⚠️ Important Role Clarification • This is a cosmetic teeth hygiene role (non-anesthetic/cosmetic) • No diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary medical procedures are performed • All services are strictly within legal non-veterinary guidelines Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation: Base + Commission + 100% Tips • Weekly minimum guarantee $900 (based on company policy) • Paid training program • Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company • Performance-based incentives Schedule • Monday – Saturday operations • Flexible scheduling based on route demand • Typical service window: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Why Join Bright N’ Shine? • Be part of one of the fastest-growing mobile pet service companies in the U.S. • Work in a structured, high-performance environment • Opportunity to grow into leadership, training, or expansion roles • Direct impact on customer satisfaction and company growth
