As a recruiting professional, the ideal candidate will lead the doctor recruiting life cycle of their designated region/s. This includes a focus and leadership in the following recruiting functions: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, tracking/organizing data, and negotiating employment agreements.Salary: $80k + bonus Core Responsibilities:Establish relationships with veterinary students and senior doctors through various sourcing strategiesReview applications and interview applicants to place within our network of practices nationwideUtilize social media and other networking platforms to build candidate pipelineEnsure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidatesSchedule interviewsPost all job adsNegotiates employment agreementsOn-boards new hiresPerforms other duties as assignedTravel up to30-40%in the surrounding areaQualificationsAt minimum 5 years of prior high level recruiting experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsPrior ATS and data analytics experience (Workday Experience a plus!)Must be able to work in a fast paces and dynamic work environmentStrong negotiation skillsExcellent presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skillsEffective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situationsAt AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
