As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication between pet owners and our medical team. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily calendars Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle billing questions Maintain accurate patient records and enter data into practice management software Assist with general office tasks to support the veterinary team Qualifications Experience in a client-facing veterinary or medical receptionist role required Experience with ezyVet preferred, but familiarity with any PIMS software is required Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort with computers and willingness to learn veterinary software Compassion for pets and their owners Why Join Us?
