Verizon Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Speak with potential customers face-to-face at their residences to discuss and promote Verizon’s telecommunications services • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with the application process using patience and active listening • Participate in daily Verizon's Sales Representative meetings to review updated product knowledge and compliance regulations • Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to enhance Verizon brand awareness and trust • Attend quarterly client conferences and networking sessions (via Zoom and in-person) to improve in sales strategies and participate in team-building exercises • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Verizon's technical product or service knowledge to explain features to confidently explain features and answer customer questions • Set and track daily and weekly personal and team goals to drive performance and success Verizon Sales Representative Requirements: • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any industry-related degree is a plus but not required • 0-2+ years of experience in telecommunication sales, customer service, customer support or any customer-facing role is preferred • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits: • 401(k) Work Location: In person
