As a Verizon Sales & Customer Support Representative, you will engage in comprehensive, hands-on training to build proficiency in sales strategies and community-based outreach. In this role, you'll effectively communicate the value of Verizon’s FiOS technology, initiate customer conversations, and drive adoption across the Silver Spring market. What You'll Achieve as a Verizon Sales & Customer Support Representative
• Initiate positive, face-to-face interactions with residents at their homes or during community events, using strong interpersonal skills to build genuine rapport.
• Clearly and confidently present Verizon’s FiOS internet, mobile, and home services, explaining benefits in a way that connects to customer needs.
• Consistently deliver strong customer service experiences that leave a positive impression and reflect Verizon’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer opportunities and recommend FiOS solutions that align with individual preferences and service requirements.
• Build trust through active listening, empathetic communication, and a consultative, customer-focused approach to keep them engaged
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from product presentation through activation to ensuring a smooth and professional customer enrollment experience.
• Collect customer feedback, local insights, and common questions to support continuous improvement in sales and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized records to support follow-ups and uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Participate in ongoing Verizon Sales & Customer Support Representative training to develop skills, explore growth opportunities, and strengthen your ability to promote innovative connectivity solutions.

Qualifications We're Seeking in a Verizon Sales & Customer Support Representative
• No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training is provided to ensure rapid onboarding and success in the role.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is considered a strong asset.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters trust and engagement.
• Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when initiating conversations with a diverse range of individuals.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-driven environment.
• As a Verizon Sales & Customer Support Representative, you are quick to learn and eager to expand knowledge; demonstrates curiosity, strong listening skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Consistently punctual, dependable, and accountable, committed to delivering results and exceeding expectations.
• Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to pivot and remain effective in dynamic field environments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to every interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per week
