Verizon Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities: • Engage customers by presenting and demonstrating client products and services • Respond to client inquiries promptly, professionally, and with sensitivity • Build connections with customers through active listening, honest communication, and a genuine effort to meet their needs • Understand and address each customer’s unique situation, offering tailored solutions that provide real value • Assist customers with questions or concerns about products, services, or pricing • Collaborate with the Verizon Client Support Specialist team to master product knowledge, ensuring professional and effective representation of our clients • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including activity logs and sales pipelines • Foster a positive team atmosphere and contribute to a dynamic, supportive work environment Verizon Customer Support Specialist Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, engage, and address customer needs effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and resolve issues in real-time • Demonstrated professionalism, respect, and transparency in all interactions. • Reliable transportation is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,915.00 - $52,126.00 per year Benefits: • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
