Verizon Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
• Interact with customers in face to face settings, navigating them through tailored Verizon service solutions.
• Educate customers on available Verizon Fios solutions and guide them through the sales process.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to recommend products that best meet their needs.
• Resolve service questions, account concerns, and product issues in a timely and friendly manner.
• Deliver accurate information on features, pricing, and service coverage.
• Maintain a positive, solutions-driven approach with every interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and deliver consistent service.
Qualifications and Skills Needed for the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers and explaining products simply.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
