Verizon Customer Service Associate
We provide some of the most cutting-edge customer service and sales services to all of our name-brand, household clients. We are always looking for a way to maximize our ROI and provide high-quality service. Due to a new partnership with Verizon and their 5G Home technology, we have seen rapid growth and are in immediate need of a lively and team-oriented Verizon Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Service and Sales Department. This is a front-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with Verizon 5G.
Summary of the Verizon Customer Service Associate Position: The Verizon Customer Service Associate is the direct point of contact, or ?front line,? to our consumer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Verizon Customer Service Associate needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back!
Core Daily Functions of Our Verizon Customer Service Associate:
? Work directly with our customer base and help enroll them through the sales process
? Demonstrate expertise in our clients? products and services
? Answer any customer questions and concerns regarding the information on pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery process
? Interact in a professional and empathetic manner while working externally with customers as well as internally with management or other Verizon Customer Service Associates
? Follow all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction
? Keep up-to-date files with the compliance department of all information on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process to delivery
Verizon Customer Service Associate Qualifications & Requirements:
? High School Diploma or equivalent is required
? 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience is preferred and recommended
? Experience in a customer-facing environment where you are comfortable working with other people
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
? Ability to multi-task and take initiative in daily and weekly tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Compensation Package:
