Verizon Consumer Group Experience Design & Strategy Summer 2025 Internship
About the position
The Verizon Campus program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Interns will engage in meaningful projects within the Consumer Customer Experience Organization, collaborating with marketing and product leaders to enhance customer experiences. This 10-week internship is designed to foster professional and personal growth while contributing to impactful business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ā Participate in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Customer Experience Organization.

Ā Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can enhance customer experiences.
,
Ā Support strategy development for digital and engagement experiences.
,
Ā Provide insights on emerging industry trends to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
,
Ā Work closely with design and partner teams to contribute to the design process for user journeys across e-commerce experiences.
,
Ā Utilize Artificial Intelligence to personalize customer experiences.
Requirements
Ā Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Experience Design, Graphic or Visual Design, Digital Technology, Digital Media and Marketing, Product Development, Economics, or a related field, with an expected completion date between December 2025 and June 2027.

Ā Project experience and/or coursework in user experience design, interaction design, digital sales & marketing, data analytics, product management, or a related field.

Ā Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Ā Willingness to work in Basking Ridge or Alpharetta, GA.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ā Experience with JAVA, Python, JIRA, Selenium, Figma/Figjam, Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools.

Ā Proficiency in competitive analysis, customer requirements analytics/management, and product management.
