Join us and be part of something extraordinary. Reporting to the Carrier Operations Manager, the Data Load Associate will play a vital role in ensuring all data files are loaded. This position is responsible for quality assurance and troubleshooting to resolve missing data. Requirements Monitor and manage the timely ingestion of client data files across carrier networks* Identify, investigate, and resolve missing or incomplete data with a sense of urgency* Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity Collaborate closely with the client-facing teams to communicate issues and drive resolution Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and accelerate issue resolution Perform other duties as assigned by management Desired Skills and Experience Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Word; comfort working with data files and spreadsheets Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines A customer-first mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Demonstrated ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.* Prior experience in a data entry, operations, or administrative support role is a plus What We Provide Well capitalized Private Equity investor focused on Growth Best-in-class compensation package and an unmatched comprehensive benefit program Flexibility to achieve and accomplish results Extremely collaborative work environment across teams to drive results Culture is built on how we improve people’s lives *Denotes an essential function/qualification of the role.
