As a Venture Partner, you will: • Source and refer promising startups and investor leads that align with Initio Capital’s ecosystem. • Leverage your network to introduce founders, angel investors, and syndicate partners. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and warm introductions. • Represent Initio Capital within your professional and industry network. This role is remote, flexible, and outcomes-driven — ideal for experienced operators, advisors, founders, and investors seeking meaningful upside without a full-time commitment.
