Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
ā¢ Conduct thorough due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to assess target companies.
ā¢ Draft investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders and investment committees.
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
ā¢ Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform investment decisions.
ā¢ Negotiate term sheets, deal structures, and agreements in collaboration with senior team members.
ā¢ Monitor portfolio company performance, providing ongoing support for value creation initiatives.
