The primary purpose of this position is to process vendor setup requests timely and accurately after verifying all documentation is compliant. Follow-up on Non-compliant documentation as needed until finalized. Responsible for reviewing incoming emails and responding as related to Vendor Admin functions. Ensure vendor account setup request are processed promptly and accurately for Trade (Resale?), Expense (Indirect or Inter-Company) and Carrier if applicable This position is remote virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This role will work Arizona Time zone hours Monday through Friday. Related Experience: • Two or more years’ experience in a business environment or college degree. • Two years Customer Services or Vendor Administration experience – preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Strong computer skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook required; Intermediate PeopleSoft Financial experience is preferred. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and interact with a variety of associates (all levels), external customers and vendor community in supportive and positive manner. • Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work within an environment of changing priorities. • Strong analytical skills • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities as you will be working Virtual/Remote. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $19.50 and $20.50 per hour. In New York City, the expected compensation for this role is between $19.50 to $20.50 per hour. In California and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $19.50 to $2.50 per hour.
