Vendor Operations Associate, Servicing Valuations
Job Description:
• Maintain and monitor the full vendor order pipeline
• Monitor the team phone queue and accept inbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to vendors and manage incoming vendor inquiries
• Ensure accurate fee management and proper documentation
• Confirm vendor compliance with operational requirements
• Send proactive reminders to vendors regarding quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational challenges
• Provide suggestions for workflow enhancements and best practices
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology
• Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• 1 to 3 years of office experience
