Job Title: Vendor Manager - Legal Network

Location: New Jersey-based or Remote (with ability to travel as needed)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)

Reports to: Director ย– Legal Network

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Manager to join our Legal Network team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with a multi-state collection law firm and will serve as a crucial link between our company and our law firms. This role involves managing internal projects, cultivating positive relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
ย• Serve as a liaison between the company and our law firms, understanding their challenges and aspirations to build strong partnerships.
ย• Manage internal projects by collaborating with internal teams and network firms, reporting on success and progress.
ย• Prioritize teamwork and team success in all activities.
ย• Cultivate positive working relationships with each off-site firm.
ย• Assist in negotiating contracts with firms.
ย• Assess firm performance against key performance indicators and ensure firms meet their contractual obligations.
ย• Ensure compliance with company standards.
ย• Resolve firm issues and maintain accurate records.
ย• Evaluate firm services and provide clear, actionable feedback.
ย• Assist with resolving firm complaints.
ย• Establish and monitor intricate performance metrics.
ย• Seek feedback from various departments and firms to refine strategies and enhance value.
ย• Identify, assess, and mitigate firm-related risks to protect the company.
ย• Manage the entire firm lifecycle from selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
ย• Collect and analyze firm data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings.
ย• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
ย• Excellent communication skills.
ย• Strong project management skills.
ย• Ability to establish positive relationships with firms, agencies, and coworkers.
ย• Superior problem-solving skills.
ย• Understanding of modern office practices.
ย• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry, with experience at a multi-state, large collection law firm.
