Vendor Manager, Business Consultant (Aetna Dental)

About the position Responsibilities • Lead and execute the strategic vision for vendor management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements. • Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and vendors for complex deals and strategic initiatives. • Identify and resolve process gaps, risks, and issues related to vendor relationships. • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities. • Support audits and compliance deliverables related to vendors • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor management processes and outcomes. • Facilitate JOC meetings on with health plan leadership, internal stakeholders and vendor representatives • Provide support for additional projects as assigned, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and organizational objectives. • Delivers advice to the organization regarding current business trends and best practices by preparing analyses for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
