About the position
The Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster position at MAPFRE involves handling and servicing Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) within the Claims Department. Responsibilities
Ā Maintain the time of answered incoming claim calls to 60 seconds or less
,
Ā Effectively adjudicate 20-30 claims per day
,
Ā Maintain an average of 40+ calls per day
,
Ā Promptly respond to all claim telephone inquiries in a professional manner
,
Ā Handle extraordinary claim, customer, or client issues to a successful conclusion
,
Ā Maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally
,
Ā Work closely with the Claims Lead to resolve customer and/or client claims issues
,
Ā Complete special projects or other duties as assigned
Requirements
Ā High school diploma required; 3-5 years of previous work experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
,
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
,
Ā Proficient with computers and applications, including MS Word and Excel
,
Ā Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
