Lead and support the development of Electrical BIM modelsReview models, perform clash detection, and ensure quality standardsSupport and mentor BIM team membersCoordinate with other BIM tradesPrepare BIM documents such as reports, schedules, execution plans and shop drawingsWork daily with Revit and Navisworks and BluebeamImprove workflows and modeling processes when neededCommunicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project
What Were Looking For
4+ years of experience in Electrical BIMStrong understanding of electrical systemsAdvanced Revit skills with an electrical focusExperience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detectionFamiliarity with BIM 360, ACC, and BluebeamTeam-oriented mindset with experience in managing the team2+ successfully finished projectsReliable, organized, and deadline-focused
