Vacation Client Experience Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to join our expanding remote team as Vacation Client Experience Consultants. In this role, you will help clients coordinate vacation arrangements, manage travel-related details, and provide support throughout the booking and planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working in a flexible remote environment. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation coordination, itinerary planning, and reservation support
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, flights, and package opportunities using approved systems
Review booking details and travel information to ensure accuracy and completion
Provide clients with recommendations and helpful information based on their travel interests, timeline, and budget
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
Support booking modifications, itinerary adjustments, and general customer inquiries
Maintain organized client files, reservation records, and travel documentation
Participate in virtual workshops, team meetings, and ongoing training programs
