Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role requires frequent communication with clients, insurance companies, and attorneys, as well as strong follow-up and case-tracking skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.

Monthly compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. MST

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Escalate issues and contact attorneys when needed

Sending settlement letters to insurance companies

Request, order, and track medical records and other documents

Communicating with clients

Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines are met

Text and communicate with clients through the CRM system

Monitoring when a case is ready to send a settlement letter

Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement

Requirements:

Prior experience as a pre-litigation case manager, legal assistant, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with insurance companies and adjusters
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Experience in personal injury law is preferred
