This role offers an opportunity to support a dynamic legal practice by delivering steady, detail‑oriented assistance that ensures smooth daily operations. As a Legal Assistant , you will handle research, client communication, document preparation, and administrative coordination that keeps cases moving efficiently.
The position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, remains composed under pressure, and approaches every task with professionalism and empathy. You will contribute meaningfully to client experiences and the team’s workflow by managing critical information and supporting attorneys with precision. Candidates who enjoy structured tasks, thoughtful problem‑solving, and becoming a trusted part of a long‑term team environment will excel in this role.
•Compensation Range: 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Handle intake and enter details into the CRM
• Generate letters and professional correspondence
• Support the team with consistent and accurate workflow management
• Research open‑access databases
• Update the Case Management System
• Pull dockets from court systems and attach documents to calendars
• Communicate with potential clients to gather initial information regarding cases
• Track time for billing purposes
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Someone who can take direction and is not afraid of asking questions
• Professional and courteous client interaction
• Empathy
• Critical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Long‑term consistency
• Familiarity with legal terminology
• Legal Background
