Position UX/UI Expert Type Contract Compensation $15 - $85/hour Location Remote Commitment 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. • Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines. • Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes. • Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver delightful experiences. • Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Requirements • Have strong relevant experience in UX/UI design, with a minimum of in the field. • Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity. • An impeccable sense of aesthetics is required, with an eye for modern, clean, and accessible design. • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams is essential. • A solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies is necessary.
