UX/UI Designer
We're partnering with a leading company in digital retail health and pharmacy solutions, to find a talented Senior UX/UI Digital Designer. This remote opportunity is ideal for candidates *experienced in desktop heavy, user experience work.* Join a dynamic team focused on creating exceptional digital experiences across pharmacy and consumer healthcare. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across a project last 6-12 months with a chance to convert to direct hire.

*Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Responsibilities:*
* Lead the design of complex desktop work, ensuring UI aligns with platform standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine user experiences from concept to deployment.
* Present and articulate design rationales effectively to stakeholders unfamiliar with design principles.
* Drive the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and iteration.
* Participate in design reviews, user research, and strategy sessions to influence product direction.
*Senior UX/UI Digital Designer Qualifications:*
* A strong portfolio showcasing *desktop user experience* expertise.
* Ideally candidates will have insurance or retail pharmacy experience
* At least 5 years of experience in native app design, including interaction and visual design.
* Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to launch.
* Three or more years leading design collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
