Job Title: Remote UX/UI Designer

Salary: $90,000 $140,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user interfaces and improving the overall user experience. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to bring concepts to life.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and design systems.
Optimize user flows, interactions, and visual elements to enhance the overall user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, user flows, and wireframes.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and wireframing tools.
Solid understanding of design systems, visual design principles, and interaction design.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing for SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development (optional but beneficial).
Experience with agile or scrum methodologies in a design environment.
