What You'll Do: Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with UX designers, product owners, and developers to ensure that every piece of content aligns with the overall user experience and product vision. Craft Impactful Text: Write clear, concise, and engaging text for web applications used by millions of people across the globe, making complex ideas easy to understand. Write in US English: Develop original copy that speaks directly to users, enhancing their journey and guiding them through our applications. Support Global Communication: Collaborate with translators across 10+ languages, providing context and insights to help them accurately convey the intended message in different cultures. Iterate and Improve: Continuously refine and enhance content based on user feedback and usability testing, ensuring that our messaging remains relevant and effective. Champion User-Centric Content: Advocate for the user by ensuring that all written content is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and expectations. What We’re Looking For: Phenomenal Writing Skills: Exceptional writing abilities in US English, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
