UX Researcher / Content Strategist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a UX Researcher/Content Strategist who will validate the information architecture and design of the site through research, content audits, and usability testing. Responsibilities: • Conduct content inventory, audit, and gap analysis • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and citizen usability testing • Validate information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation • Develop content guidelines to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency • Provide recommendations for search usability and service-oriented navigation REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of experience in UX research and/or content strategy • Experience with content audits, usability testing, and card sorting • Strong knowledge of plain language and accessibility standards • Ability to translate research into actionable insights for design and development teams Nice to have: • Public sector or government content experience • Familiarity with Drupal content authoring • Shape experience The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
