Our client in the Financial Services Industry is seeking a UX Designer to join their team.
The UX Designer is responsible for shaping the product design of websites and apps that align with business goals and deliver a positive experience for users. As part of a collaborative product team, the designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences. They will leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Creates design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX/UI deliverables using tools like Figma.
Gains an in-depth understanding of users' needs, motivations, and behaviors related to the project area, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Keeps track of competitors to anticipate customer expectations and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
Develops production-ready assets and release files, collaborating closely with stakeholders such as business leaders, product managers, technology, legal, and research teams.
Works in partnership with frontend and backend engineers to ensure seamless translation of designs into code.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 8 years of experience
Education: Bachelors
