UX Designer, EU based
We are looking for a UX Designer to support the evolution of the platform and related cross-business digital initiatives. The role focuses on creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design system components while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.

Responsibilities
ā¢ Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI designs for key components on the platform
ā¢ Design solutions for cross-business unit initiatives, platform enhancements, and marketing page revamps
ā¢ Take ownership of final prototypes and design documentation across multiple project phases
ā¢ Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design output with business goals and project scope
ā¢ Contribute to design strategy discussions and help align design approaches across multiple platforms
ā¢ Design, document, and maintain reusable components and patterns within the Design System
ā¢ Support design and development teams across various business units
ā¢ Work closely with developers to ensure components are implemented as intended and follow accessibility standards
ā¢ Contribute to design system governance, including reviews, versioning, and adoption processes
ā¢ Participate in research, usability testing, and design validation activities
Requirements
ā¢ Strong experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design for enterprise or large-scale digital platforms
ā¢ Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
ā¢ Experience working with Design Systems and reusable component libraries
ā¢ Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
ā¢ Experience collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional product teams
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple design streams and stakeholder expectations
ā¢ Experience with design governance, documentation, and component versioning
ā¢ Strong communication and presentation skills
ā¢ Experience with modern design tools such as Figma
ā¢ English proficiency required
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience working in enterprise or global corporate environments
ā¢ Experience with usability testing and user research activities
ā¢ Knowledge of frontend implementation constraints and collaboration workflows
ā¢ Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-platform ecosystems
