You will join a team of passionate designers and researchers to create products to address the sheer scale of HR at Amazon, while providing engaging, personal, and human experiences.We're looking for a UX Designer to wake up every day thinking about the employee experience at Amazon. You're an experienced UX Designer who continues to learn new techniques and follows trends in the industry. You will contribute to the design of the end-to-end employee experience. You'll craft elegant design solutions across a range of personas and platforms at global scale and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners, as well as multiple partner teams within the broader People Experience Technology (PXT).To succeed in this role, you must be an innovative self-starter in driving operational excellence and a strategic big-picture thinker. - Participate in the design of all phases of the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch.

As a UX Designer, you will be working with product and engineering stakeholders closely on day-to-day basis. You will independently contribute to multiple products/features at the same time and collaborate with other UX designers, connecting individual features to a holistic experience. UX Researchers and Principal UX Designers will support you. You will share design work regularly with the design team for peer review, stakeholder review, and leadership.About the team
