Job title: RN - Clinics - Ambulatory Float - Part-time Company: UW Health Job description: Job Description: Work Schedule: 70% FTE, Days generally 8-5pm working 4 days alternating with 3 days every other week. We are seeking an RN to: • Join our world-class team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals, who provide everything from preventive health care to highly specialized programs. • Be an active member of the highly collaborative interdisciplinary team. • Care for our patients and families of varied patient populations and locations. • Utilize your critical thinking skills in many ways such as triaging phone calls. • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, education and provide chronic condition management/education. Education: Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing. Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Work Experience: Minimum - One (1) year of RN experience. Preferred - Relevant RN experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification. Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
