If you love digging into complex data, improving systems, and working with others to make processes stronger and more reliable, this position is a great fit./ppstrongMajor Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:/strong/pulliSpecialized Billing Operations ulliPerform manual billing functions and support billing for complex and high visibility accounts with specialized rates./liliConduct monthly billing testing and validation for all four jurisdictions./liliRespond to audit and regulatory data requests with accuracy and timeliness./liliMaintain strong awareness of applicable regulatory rates, tariffs, and jurisdictional requirements./li/ul/liliSystems, Analysis Compliance ulliTroubleshoot billing system issues and collaborate with IT to resolve discrepancies./liliAnalyze new rates, special contracts, and billing impacts to ensure alignment with regulatory standards./liliIdentify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions./liliApply knowledge of SOX controls and internal audit expectations to ensure all billing processes are compliant and properly documented./li/ul/liliProcess Improvement Collaboration ulliIdentify inefficiencies and help streamline billing workflows./liliSupport initiatives that enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction./liliCollaborate with internal partners including Regulatory, Meter Services, Customer Operations, Corporate Tax, and IT./li/ul/li/ulpstrongEducation and Experience Requirements:/strong Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, data analytics, or related field. Requires at least 2 years of experience with complex billing systems or utility operations. Demonstrated analytical experienceparticularly in investigating anomalies and resolving issues through cross functional collaboration.
