USSF Delta 1 Civilian Guardian Course – Subject Matter Expert, Course Developer
Job Description:
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) input for content development of CGC domains (doctrine, identity, career development).
• Support online curriculum development and validation by writing storyboards, editing, and organizing content to fit the target audience and student educational levels for adult learners.
• Support development of student feedback and assist Government in evaluating student performance.
• Recommend course improvements based on execution.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related experience.
• At least six years’ experience in USAF/USSF/DoD Civilian employment operations.
• Experience in instruction and curriculum development using ISD processes.
• Graduate of DoD recognized formal instructor course preferred.
• Must be eligible for an active Sensitive clearance.
