User Research Data Analyst (onsite)

14217 - User Research and Data Analyst (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 3 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Required: • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); • Proven experience in user research and data analysis, preferably within a similar industry (3+ years); • Experience in research tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, or similar. • Experience with various research methodologies and their application; • Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other UX deliverables. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Human Factors, or a related field. Preferred: • Experience with the energy or clean technology sector. • Experience with Figma. • Experience with Certification in UX Research or Data Analysis. Responsibilities: • Design and execute comprehensive research plans. • Analyze user data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. • Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps. • Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle. • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. • Continuously improve research processes and methodologies.
