User Experience Director

Wells Fargo is looking for a User Experience Director to join our team and drive success in digital product experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing digital experiences and products that reflect the Wells Fargo brand. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver and passionate UX practitioner who is committed to driving user engagement and creating meaningful digital experiences.The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical and creative experience, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and users to create innovative solutions. They must have a deep understanding of user experience best practices and a desire to develop, lead, and execute UX products and experiences.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, and product management. A degree in UX/UI or related field, as well as experience leading teams, is also preferred.
