User Acquisition Manager
For Bullet Echo, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across key marketing channelsWhat You'll DoOwn and scale paid acquisition across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.)Manage and optimize UA budgets, allocating spend based on performance and ROIAnalyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities across channels, creatives, and audiencesContinuously test new hypotheses, sources, and approaches to scale efficientlyWork closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve performanceMonitor key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention) and make data-driven decisionsTake full ownership of UA campaigns and drive their performance end-to-endWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps/gamesHands-on experience with major UA platforms (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin)Experience working with meaningful budgetsStrong analytical skills and experience working with raw dataDeep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention)Experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.)Solid understanding of attribution, SKAN, ATT, and privacy frameworksStructured, data-driven approach to decision-makingAdvanced English communication skills for day-to-day collaborationWhy this role is interestingHigh level of ownership and direct impact on product growthOpportunity to work on a successful live game with an established player baseAbility to influence UA strategy and scale channels end-to-end
