Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Walmart’s recommerce systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainability objectives
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from discovery and design through to implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, data science, sustainability, and operations to deliver scalable, innovative recommerce tools and platforms
Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements, drive efficiency, and enhance the customer experience in the resale, refurbishment, and recycling of goods
Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure Walmart remains a leader in recommerce
What you’ll bring…
Extensive experience in the Recommerce and Refurbishment space; successful introduction of AI-driven platforms a huge plus
Exposure to platforms used in grading products and creation of item files, enabling the online selling of refurbished items
Expertise in data and insights platforms
Willingness to mentor a team of product managers, creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Ability to identify new opportunities to innovate and improve Walmart’s supply chain, using emerging technologies and processes
