US Trademark Lawyer Needed - Trademark Maintenance & USPTO Ownership Update (Fixed Price Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced U.S. trademark lawyer to assist with completing the next required filing for an existing U.S. trademark and updating the USPTO ownership records.
The trademark was registered approximately 5 years ago, and we are now within the required period to submit the follow-up filing to maintain the registration and move it forward.
Scope of Work:
- Review the existing U.S. trademark registration
- Complete and file the required trademark maintenance paperwork now due
- Record the merger with the USPTO to update ownership records
- Prepare and file any required ownership or assignment documentation, if needed
- Submit all filings with the USPTO
Timeline:
- The filing window is March 24, 2026.
- We are aiming to complete this work within the next month.
Requirements:
- Licensed U.S. trademark lawyer
- Experience with trademark maintenance filings
- Experience updating USPTO ownership records following mergers
- Familiarity with LLC ownership structures
- Clear, responsive communication
