What You’ll Do Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for hourly hiring in Pharmacy by partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand organizational goals and strategies for recruiting and retention. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles (entry and mid-career levels) using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods. Measure and improve sourcing and hiring efficiency through a metrics-driven approach. Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified talent based on job requirements, with minimal guidance. Act as the primary point of contact for passive, inbound, and referred candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Contribute to building scalable processes and recruitment infrastructure to support long-term growth. Ensure operational effectiveness and deliver high-quality talent acquisition outcomes within designated functions, fostering a culture of shared success. Desired Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in high-volume hiring within healthcare or a hyper-scaling startup environment. Proven track record in sourcing and closing active and passive candidates at scale. Hands-on experience sourcing through Indeed and successfully converting candidates. Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment. Strong ability to collaborate and build meaningful partnerships with multiple stakeholders. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver results under pressure. Committed to ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
