U.S. Immigration Lawyer – Entrepreneur & Business Visas (Remote / Orlando / Dubai-Aligned)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation on immigration matters, assisting clients through complex legal processes related to visas, green cards, asylum, and other immigration issues. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration law, excellent research skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and authorities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to advocating for clients’ rights and interests. Duties • Prepare and review legal documents related to immigration applications, petitions, and appeals. • Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures using tools such as LexisNexis. • Represent clients in court proceedings, interviews, and hearings before immigration authorities. • Negotiate with government agencies on behalf of clients to facilitate favorable outcomes. • Provide clear legal advice to clients regarding their immigration options and the steps involved in their cases. • Draft legal correspondence, affidavits, and supporting documentation with precision and clarity. • Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to ensure compliance and effective advocacy. • Maintain detailed case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards. Skills • Proficiency in LexisNexis for legal research and case analysis. • Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients. • Excellent research abilities to interpret complex immigration laws and policies. • Superior writing skills for drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports. • Expertise in legal drafting tailored to immigration cases. • Effective communication skills for client consultations, court appearances, and collaboration with colleagues. • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
