Position: U.S. Forest Service Reservations Specialist (Part-Time), REMOTE, SEASONAL Are you someone that enjoys the outdoors, talking to people on the phone, being part of a team and take pride in helping others? Then YOU may be the person we are searching for! American Land & Leisure has been managing Campgrounds, Day Use Area’s and Boat Launches for over 35 years and in 6 states across the country. This is a Seasonal, Remote position, but trainings and meetings will occur at the Pleasant Grove Corporate Office. • Season is from May 1st until October 6th. • Candidates must have their own computer and internet service. We provide the rest. • The position will be Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. • This position pays $12.00 per hour with $15 per month internet reimbursement. Only Serious Applicants Should Apply Responsibilities • Answer phone calls and emails. • Help Guests (research answers to customer requests for refunds, make and cancel reservations, answer questions and help with concerns and complaints). Qualifications • Customer service and phone experience. • Skilled in using a computer. • Confident in written and verbal communications. • Possess Camping knowledge. • Is a team player. • Able to manage their time and prioritize. • Must have own computer and internet service. • Must live within 1 hour of the Corporate Office in Pleasant Grove, Utah Additional Information Benefits • Work at home. • $15 monthly internet reimbursement. • Complimentary stay of up to 3 nights at one of our open campgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
