Key Responsibilities:
ยGreeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, and video calls.
ย Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments using our practice management software.
ย Verifying patient insurance details and managing billing inquiries.
ย Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
ย Providing information about our services and answering patient queries.
ย Liaising with physical therapists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
ย Handling administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.
Qualifications:
ย Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
ย Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ย Proficient in using computer software and practice management systems.
ย Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
ย High school diploma; further education in medical administration or similar field is a plus.
