What You’ll Get to Do:

This position presents a great opportunity for someone to enhance their technical eDiscovery experience and work on large, complex cases. On the job training will be provided on a variety of litigation support applications with most of the work in Relativity. This position will require you to master front-end and back-end Relativity support. You will be exposed to data in various forms and learn to manipulate large data sets as they progress through complex workflows. CACI is also committed to growing our eDiscovery workforce and has included tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and the ACEDS certification. More About the Role:

The Relativity eDiscovery Support Specialist position operates under the direction of more senior Contractor IT staff. This position operates as a part of a high-performing team handling a very large amount of data. Additional responsibilities include:

Work primarily with the Relativity platform. Will have a System Administrator role within the instance.
Assist with adapting and customizing various eDiscovery applications to meet client requirements.
Recommend process improvements to ensure that high quality, timely and cost-effective methods are utilized.
Work with case managers to provide high-level Relativity support to various government agencies.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience performing eDiscovery tasks such as Electronic Files Processing (EFP), image file and data conversion, data culling, including use of review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis.
At least 7 years of related experience in IT, Help desk, technical training, and/or Automated Litigation Support.
At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
Undergraduate degree.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Certifications on eDiscovery platforms, particularly Relativity.
Ability to perform quality control analysis and report any issues with the data.
Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, and ability to perform tasks accurately and quickly.
Extensive eDiscovery experience and exposure to all phases of the EDRM.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, like the duties and responsibilities described.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.
