Compensation & Benefits
 Salary: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience) + Monthly Bonus/Commissions ($500+)

 Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
 Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
 Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
 Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.
Requirements
 Active Property & Casualty License Required.
 Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
