Responsibilities:
 Assist students with special needs in the classroom and during individual instruction.
 Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) under the guidance of the special education teacher.
 Provide academic support and behavior management strategies.
 Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents.
 Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed.
 Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection.
 Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities.
 Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Experience working with children preferred.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
 Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Benefits:
 Hourly compensation Begins at $17 upwards to $27
