Overview Urgently Hiring Licensed O&P Practitioners (Nationwide) & PTs/OTs (in Approved States) throughout the USA. Opportunity Details We are staffing and expanding a National O&P Practitioner Network and actively contracting with ABC, BOC, or State Licensed Orthotic Fitters, C-Peds, Mastectomy Fitters, Orthotists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to fit OR02 custom-fitted braces for pre-approved patients in their homes. How it works • If a referral is received in your area, you will be notified to accept or deny. • If accepted, the appropriate brace ships to you; you contact the patient to schedule the fitting. • After the fitting, return the signed paperwork to us and receive a Fitter Fee. • The Fitter Fee amount varies by brace type, state fee schedule, and patient proximity, typically around 13% of the brace reimbursement. You work on your own schedule, with a target contact to patient within 2 business days and fitting within 10 days. • You are paid even if the referral is denied by the insurance carrier. Other DME referrals will be added as we grow, with case-by-case fee adjustments. Qualifications & Requirements • Active licensure/certification as one of the following: ABC, BOC, or State Licensed Orthotic Fitters, C-Peds, Mastectomy Fitters, Orthotists, Physical Therapists, or Occupational Therapists. • For therapists, note the States that require completion of an Orthotic Fitter Course for independent fitting (listed below). • Willingness to provide in-home fittings and to work within the states where coverage is held.
