* Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree... preferred.
* Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Experience:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer care.
* Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
* Full-time position.
* Flexible working hours, with some availability required during standard business hours.
