Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
 Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes.
 Serve as the primary point of contact, representing VerizonÂs brand and image in the local area
 Provide customers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both current and anticipated service-related challenges.
 Work in partnership with other Ambassadors to drive sales success
 Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside fellow team members to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory
Required experience and qualities for a Customer Service Representative:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 No prior experience is required; however some experience in a customer facing role is preferred
 Self-starting attitude and work ethic is sought after over natural aptitude
 Confidence in your communication skills
 Team player
 Adaptable
Please note the pay listed is the average weekly range for all entry level associates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
