Key Responsibilities:

รย Utilize Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions.

รย Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
รย Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed.
รย Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
รย Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or food service industries.
รย Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software.
รย Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
รย Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
